I appreciated the note book, car refreshener, the jacket protector as a bundle and service. However, my jacket does not fit me. Which is okay, because I ordered online. I'm giving a 5 star because the company showed they really care about satisfactory. I'm just bummed the jacket I ordered didn't fit me, which is no one's fault. I did my best to measure myself and using the measuring chart provided. I'm looking for a return and refund, so hopefully this process is just as simple as ordering and receiving.
